此項目與清山塾 (Casphalt) 合作，把兩部退役鑽的，轉變為潔淨能源及教育的實驗基地。計劃培訓屯門區內的婦女成為能源大使，推廣潔淨能源為本的教育及顧問服務。
Rolling Energy, is a project to engage community women in Tuen Mun area to build a learning and cooking community, with attempt to use sustainability materials and clean energy, for the women to act as energy ambassadors in the neighborhood.
The Goal: to establish a learning and cooking community in Casphalt (Tuen Mun):
- Women-driven self-help learning community
- Testing ground for: permaculture, clean energy, low-energy cooking, life-long learning
- Women become energy ambassadors to give professional household advisors for energy-saving and the use of clean energy
